AI tags - **what** the conversation is about, what are the important topics of conversation. 2. Sentiment - **how** they mention the topic of conversation; positively or negatively. AI tags - **what** the conversation is about, what are the important topics of conversation. Sentiment - **how** they mention the topic of conversation; positively or negatively. Here, we will just explain what an AI tag does. An AI tag is a smart way to automatically assign meaning to your conversations. For example, when a ticket comes in such as: *"Hi there, this is ridiculous, I signed up thinking I would get a discount. I just ordered and have not received money off.
