For more complex searching
When we are exploring our conversations, we sometimes want more flexibility to our searches.
For example, let's say we wanted to surface all the tickets that mentioned missing coats. Some customers may say it exactly like this "I have a missing coat". However, other customers may say "I am missing a coat in my order". So, if we were to just search for the phrase "missing coat", we would only see a sub-section of relevant tickets.
If we could see all the tickets that included the word "missing" and the word "coat", even if they did not appear right next to each other, we may have more chance of finding all the relevant tickets. To do this kind of multi-phrase search, you simply enter the phrases in like so:
