Integrating Yotpo Reviews

Follow these steps to connect your Yotpo account to SentiSum and enable automated analysis of customer reviews.

⚠️ Important: Required Credentials

To integrate Yotpo with SentiSum, you will need:

✅ App Key (Store ID)

✅ Secret Key

Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations Page

1. Go to SentiSum Integrations.
2. Scroll down and find "Yotpo".
3. Click on the "+" (Add Integration) button.

Step 2: Enter Yotpo API Credentials

1. A pop-up window will appear asking for integration details.
2. Fill in the following fields:
   • App Key → Enter your Yotpo App Key (Store ID)
   • Secret Key → Enter your Secret Key
3. Click "Integrate" to proceed.

Step 3: Authentication & Data Retrieval

1. SentiSum will authenticate using your Yotpo API credentials.
2. Once authenticated, SentiSum will start fetching reviews.
