Follow these steps to connect your Gorgias account to SentiSum for automated analysis of your customer support data
⚠️ Important: Admin Permissions Required
To integrate Gorgias with SentiSum, you must have Admin permissions on your Gorgias account. If you don’t have the required access, please ask your Gorgias administrator to complete the integration.
Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations Page
- Go to SentiSum Integrations.
- Locate the Gorgias integration card.
- Click on the "+" (Add Integration) button.

Step 2: Enter Your Gorgias Subdomain
- A pop-up window will appear asking for your Gorgias subdomain.
- Enter your Gorgias subdomain in the format:
your_subdomain.gorgias.com
.- Ex: Our Gorgias account is demo-sentisum, so we’ve input demo-sentisum in the field.
- Click on "Integrate" to proceed.

Step 3: Authorize SentiSum to Access Gorgias
- You’ll be redirected to Gorgias’ authorization page.
- Review the permissions requested by SentiSum:
- Basic Helpdesk Data (e.g., name & email)
- All resources (Read & Write access)
- Click "Authorize" to grant access.

Step 4: Data Processing Begins
- Once authorization is successful, SentiSum will display a confirmation message:
- “Your data is now being processed!”
- SentiSum team will notify you once the integration is complete.
