Integrating Bazaarvoice

Follow these steps to connect your Bazaarvoice account to SentiSum for automated review and feedback analysis.

To integrate Bazaarvoice with SentiSum, you will need:

Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations Page

1. Go to SentiSum Integrations.
2. Scroll down and find "Bazaarvoice".
3. Click on the "+" (Add Integration) button.

Step 2: Enter Bazaarvoice API Credentials

1. A pop-up window will appear asking for integration details.
2. Fill in the following field:
   • API Key → Enter your Bazaarvoice API Key
3. Click "Integrate" to proceed.

Step 3: Authentication & Data Retrieval

1. SentiSum will authenticate using your Bazaarvoice API credentials.
2. Once authenticated, SentiSum will start fetching customer reviews and feedback.
