There are two types of information we assign to text at SentiSum.

  1. AI tags - what the conversation is about, what are the important topics of conversation.

  2. Sentiment - how they mention the topic of conversation; positively or negatively.

Here, we will just explain what an AI tag does.

An AI tag is a smart way to automatically assign meaning to your conversations. For example, when a ticket comes in such as:

"Hi there, this is ridiculous, I signed up thinking I would get a discount. I just ordered and have not received money off. Please apply the discount and I would like to cancel my subscription."

You will see the following AI tags:

A support ticket can have multiple AI tags, as appropriate, to cover all the relevant pieces of information a customer is describing.
