There are a few things you may want to do with your AI tags, including:

  • Adding a new AI tag

  • Make an AI tag more specific

  • Correcting common errors

  • Editing AI tags for specific conversations

Adding a new AI tag

During onboarding, we will show you the AI tags we think are important based on your data and this is a great opportunity to suggest any AI tags you think are missing. You may also want to ask your data a specific question, such as do people mention this new checkout feature?

For any new AI tags, you can email me or get in touch through our dashboard support. We can usually turn around new AI tags in a few days, but sometimes it can take 1-2 weeks.

Make an AI tag more specific

Just like above, sometimes you will need new, or more specific AI tags. This is just like adding a new AI tag, so please email or get in touch through our dashboard support. The turnaround time is also similar.

Correcting common errors

There will always be the odd wrong or missed AI tag. However, if you notice any consistent common errors in AI tags, please do let us know.

Our in-house QA team is always on the lookout for these issues and will investigate any reported issues so that we can resolve them asap.
